WidowMaker™ - Military Style, 8" rifled gun-drilled barrel specifically designed for woods and scenario paintball. The barrel accepts a sizer that can be threaded for most all markers including Phenom, X7, BT products, Spyder, A5,T98,Cocker, Impulse,Ion, and the muzzle can accept a Hammehead "Link" for adapting to a Bangstikxx® or a Battlestikxx®
to combine to make an extra-long sniper barrel. The muzzle of the Widowmaker™, will accept all of the Hammerhead muzzles including the M-50,Battlestikxx®, Bangstikxx®, Snaggletooth®, and the reverse ported Magnesium muzzle. The Widowmaker was originally designed for for close quarter play of 25 to 35 meters. However, the shorter barrel competes well with our longer barrels. The "Shortie" rifled barrel provides excellent ball rotation with excellent accuracy. The 8" barrel length provides minimal pressure in front of the ball, and the counter-bored muzzle with the reverse ported muzzle provides smooth ball release with minimal turbulence at the barrel exit. The combined barrel features of shortness, rifling, counter-boring, and reverse porting provide a very air efficient barrel with nice accuracy. Many players combine the Widowmaker™ with an M-50 muzzle which results in a Mil-Sim product with a silencer look.
Dominator® Recon M-16 Military Style, 14" rifled gun-drilled barrel specifically designed for woods and scenario paintball. Woods-ball players love the Military-look. The counter-bored slot-ported muzzle is designed to collapse the pressure wave in front of the ball to minimize air turbulence at the muzzle exit improving ball stabilization. The Dominator® fits all our sizers and can be used in conjunction with the Hammerhead "Link" to connect the Dominator® to a Battlestikxx® or a Bangstikxx® to produce a long rifled "Sniper-Type" barrel. The Dominator® was originally designed for Pepper-ball and less lethal applications.
Scenario MoFo™The Scenario MoFo is a lightweight (2.3oz) Rifled, Carbon-Fiber Composite, aircraft aluminum core barrel. NEW WITH THREADED TIP! Accepts our cool line of muzzles including the new ultra lightweight Magnesium MAG MUZZLE! The internal guts of the Scenario Mofo is made of gun-drilled, rifled, and anodized aircraft aluminum that is swab and scratch resistant. The composite design takes advantage of light weight high tensile strength carbon fiber combined with the compressive strength of T6061 hardened aircraft aluminum. The composite product produces a barrel of superior
strength when compared to mono-carbon fiber barrels while providing the
advantage of being light weight. The MoFo barrel is ported and counter-bored for
stabilization of the pressure wave in front of the ball and control of
air turbulence at the muzzle exit. MoFo comes in multi-colors including our new CAMO finish. Its compatible with the standard Hammerhead sizer system. The barrels are interchangeable with all other fins and ball sizers produced by Hammerhead.

BattleStikxx 684®is specifically made for "Small caliber" paint. We consider any paint 0.684 or less, small caliber. Even when using sizers, the greater the difference between the ball size and barrel front results in reduced accuracy, distance and air efficiency for any barrel. As a result, we are making the small bore barrel at our players request. The barrel is specifically designed for small bore paint to achieve significantly improved accuracy, air efficiency, and distance. Because the Battlestikxx684® has the exact same thread specifications used in with all Hammerhead products, the Battlestikxx684® can be used in conjunction with all existing Hammerhead fins and muzzles.
Shark ToothTM - Our exclusive Shortie Rifled, Gun Drilled Barrel now available in black, gold and silver. Can be used in both woods and in scenario. The Sharktooth barrel used with a spyder fin works well with the Ariakon Combat Pistol (ACP).

Our barrels are covered by U.S. Patents, No's. 7,302,944 B2 and 7,441,557, and we have other patents pending covering barrels, methods of making barrels, and paintball projectiles.

Testing -Our engineers undertook the task of developing a barrel specifically designed for paintball to meet the strict requirements. Existing technology could not meet their needs. Test results showed some of the same principles in the rifle industry applied to paintball but key differences existed due to the liquid fill and ball characteristics
Rifling Process -Our rifling is carefully done using the same process used in making military weapons. The rates of rotation, the depth of rifling, the precise number and dimensions of widths of lands and depth of rifling has has been carefully selected after many, many hours of testing to perform best at shots around 280 ft/sec. Our goal is for Hammerhead's patented combination of sizers, rifling, porting, and muzzel design will leave a smile on on your face. All of the design components just mentioned are critical to achieve superior accuracy including ball sizing, projectile velocity, ball rotation rates, and muzzel design.
Key Findings -Degree of Twist of the rifling is critical to accuracy. Accuracy and downfield sound transmission is positively effected by reverse porting. Reverse Porting is critical for proper ball regeneration. Paint Quality is less sensitive to a rifled barrel. Ball Grouping Improvement achieved with lower standard deviation. Reduced sound levels transmitted downrange.
